January Breakfast Promotion 2025

Terms & Conditions:

1. This Promotion is open to residents and visitors to the UK, excluding employees of Dishoom, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. The Promotion entitles qualifying guests to a voucher which can be exchanged for one complimentary Dishoom Breakfast Naan, subject to availability (the Promotion).
3. This Promotion is only available to guests who dine in at Dishoom Manchester, Dishoom Kensington and Dishoom Battersea and are seated for lunch or dinner from midday onwards during the period Wednesday 8th January 2025 and Friday 31st January 2025. (the Promotional Period).
4. During their visit a guest must show their server evidence of the Promotion. On doing so the guest, and those within their party, will be provided with a breakfast voucher. The Promotion will be published on a number of 3rd party websites, social media channels and newsletters.
5. Vouchers are redeemable in any Dishoom café Monday to Friday between 8am and 11.45am between Thursday 9th January 2025 and Friday 28th February 2025 (the Redemption Period).
6. When redeeming the voucher no purchase is necessary, but additional items ordered during your visit will be charged at their standard price.
7. A voucher may only be used once during the Redemption Period.
8. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other offer, promotion, or voucher.
9. Dishoom may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept evidence of the Promotion and/or refuse to redeem a voucher if the holder does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if Dishoom has reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the process or the spirit of the Promotion.
10. Vouchers that are not used within the Promotional Period will be void and will not be accepted.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishoom accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the Promotion.
12. Dishoom reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Notice of the withdrawal, suspension or amendment of the offer will be posted on the Dishoom website.
13. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all participants in the Promotion agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any claim relating these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
14. By presenting evidence of the Promotion during your visit to Dishoom Manchester, Dishoom Kensington or Dishoom Battersea, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
15. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
