1. The Offer is open to over 18s only and is subject to the production of proof of age and a valid student ID for one of the following universities: Brighton University, Cambridge University and Oxford University.
2. The Offer is available to the first 500 students at each of the above universities who sign up to the Permit Room Kingfisher Promotion (Promotion). Students will be notified of the Promotion by their student union. Having completed and submitted a registration form online they will receive a voucher code by email. Vouchers will be issued on a first come, first served basis. The offer is for one Kingfisher beer or non-alcoholic Kingfisher per person.
3. Subject to proof of age and production of student ID, the voucher can be exchanged for one pint of Kingfisher Beer, (or a bottle of a non-alcoholic Kingfisher), when purchasing a small plate at a Dishoom Permit Room from 12pm until close on or before 8th December 2024. Dine in only. The beer must be consumed on the premises.
4. The voucher must be used in the same transaction as the purchase of a small plate. Only one voucher can be redeemed against each small plate.
5. Vouchers should not be shared and are valid for one use only.
6. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other offer, promotion, or voucher.
7. Vouchers not used by 8th December will be void.
8. Dishoom may, in its sole discretion, refuse to redeem a voucher if the holder does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if Dishoom has reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the process or the spirit of the Promotion.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishoom accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the Promotion.
10. Dishoom reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Notice of the withdrawal, suspension or amendment of the offer will be posted on the Dishoom website.
11. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all participants in the Promotion agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any claim relating these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
